Your MILA Patient Care Consultant reviews your inquiry and prepares for your consultation. You'll be asked to submit photos in advance so your surgeon can review your anatomy before you meet.

Surgical Assessment

Your surgeon evaluates your face, discusses your concerns, and explains which approach — a MILA, add-ons like a neck lift or eyelid lift, or an alternative — fits your anatomy and goals. They'll tell you directly if surgery isn't right for you.

Cost Discussion

Your Patient Care Consultant provides a written cost summary. Add-ons are priced separately and provided in writing. No estimates. No ranges. No billing surprises after you commit.

Financing Options (If Relevant)

If you'd prefer to spread payments over time, your Patient Care Consultant walks you through available financing at this appointment. There's no obligation to apply or commit.
