This policy applies to booked consultations only. It does not cover surgical procedures, which are governed by separate terms provided before your procedure.
01 / SCOPE
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to consultations you book with Mila Face, whether in person or virtual. It does not apply to surgical procedures or any care beyond the consultation, which are covered by separate agreements provided to you at the appropriate time.
02 / BOOKING
Complimentary Consultations & Reserving Your Appointment
Your consultation is complimentary. To reserve your appointment time, we ask for a payment method to keep on file. You will not be charged for the consultation itself. A charge applies only if you cancel late or do not show, as described below.
03 / CANCELLING
Cancelling or Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
A reschedule requested with at least 24 hours’ notice is not a cancellation and carries no charge. A reschedule requested with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a late cancellation.
04 / LATE & NO-SHOW
Late Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your booked consultation, a no-show fee of $100 will be charged to the payment method on file.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your consultation to a later time or date, and the late-cancellation terms above may apply.
05 / REPEAT
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
If late cancellations or no-shows happen more than once, we may ask for prepayment to hold future appointments or decline to schedule further consultations, at our discretion.
06 / QUESTIONS
Questions or a Charge You Believe Is an Error
If you have questions about this policy, or believe a no-show fee was charged in error, contact us at consultation@milaface.com and we will review it.
07 / CHANGES
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book your consultation applies to that appointment.
